The former inn's rich history and traditional décor added a charming touch to the experience. One of the highlights was the generous breakfast buffet - a true feast that energized me for a day of exploring. The bar/lounge was a great spot to unwind after a long day of whale watching and fjord tours, sipping on a favorite drink from their selection. The central location made it easy to reach the nearby Kings View and other landmarks, offering a glimpse into the region's heritage. The warm and welcoming staff ensured that my time at the hotel was hassle-free, reminiscent of the camaraderie I share with my fellow marine biologists on our research expeditions.
